Our first ad

After a long few weeks, we finally have our first advert shot. Believe us when we say there were times where we thought it wasn't to be but it is finally here and we are pleased with the results. It started from a brief we got at D&AD workshops to get kids to wash their hands and we took a fun route with it. Anyway, enjoy the vid.

 

The sky's the limit

Last night we were lucky enough to meet Trevor Beattie. He is an inspiration for any student, or for that matter anyone.
He spoke about his ambitions and seemed genuinely excited about what he does, including the film Moon he has just produced which we think looks pretty cool.
We are also lucky enough to be taught by John Lowe, the same man that tutored Trevor, who is also a bit of a legend. Trevor was nice enough to come meet us later on in the pub for a cheeky one.
So we really feel like the sky's the limit at the moment!

We are Laura and Mark.
We are a creative team currently living in Birmingham and we've decided to set up this blog to start keeping track of what we're doing and what we're thinking.
As well as share the things that inspire us, interest us or just make us laugh.
